“The ability to separate myself from perceived limitations.”

Greg Braden invites us to see this phrase as the new definition of Divinity: a state of consciousness in which we recognize the freedom to be beyond the limitations we perceive as real.
I feel it so much! And it represents the essence of the work on Soulspension and Postural Suspension: an invitation to explore, through pauses, the body, the breath and the space beyond the boundaries that we often believe to be immutable.
We live in a time where we no longer give ourselves permission to stop and contemplate. Caught up in the speed of everyday life, we risk being trapped in repetitive patterns that limit our creative potential and our inner freedom.
But what happens when we give ourselves time to observe, breathe, touch and listen to our bodies without judgment?
Re-Open Your Wings 🪽
Our spine is the center of support and connection between body, mind and soul.
Between the roots and the branches.
Every tension, every posture held out of habit, tells the story of our perceived limitations. Through breathing and deep release, we can restore mobility to the spine and, with it, open our wings and our heart to new possibilities of movement, thought and being.
Today you have the opportunity to explore this space within yourself. Give yourself time to slow down, to feel and to let yourself be guided by the breath and the suspension. Are you ready to recognize your perceived limitations? … and jump out of them? 🌺🌺🌺
