If you are reading this article, we probably met in person at the Yoga Festival in Milan, in Bologna… or maybe somewhere else. It was a great pleasure to meet you and I am grateful for the kindness with which you left your contact.
I wanted to take some time to reflect and write these words, with the intent of thanking you deeply for your presence at the Soulspension class. The meeting in Milan was an extraordinary event: more than 100 souls, coming from many Italian cities, united in a journey of exploration through breathing, presence and the opening of the heart.
What struck me most was the courage each of you showed, letting go and embracing the moment. The energy that was created was tangible, filling the room with warmth and connection. The sharing of your emotions and experiences made it all unique and deeply inspiring.
In that shared space, everyone brought something special, and I am immensely grateful for the trust you have placed in this practice and in me.
New Seminars Coming Soon
In the wake of this extraordinary energy and the many requests received, I am excited to announce two new seminars, which will be held in Milan and Bologna (on Sunday). They will be opportunities to immerse ourselves even more in the practice of Postural Suspension, exploring its principles and benefits.
These meetings want to be an opportunity to continue the journey we started together, transforming and transforming ourselves, increasingly connected to our breath and our inner space.
If you have a space in Italy that could host a presentation or seminar, write to me! It would be wonderful to organize something together and bring this experience to more people.
Let's stay connected
I will be sending more details about upcoming events shortly, but in the meantime, please let me know if you are interested: places will be limited.
Thank you again for making this experience so special. I carry you in my heart and hope to see you again soon to continue breathing, growing and transforming together.
Inhabiting the Inner Space… Being at Home
With gratitude,
🧡 M. Patricia Gavoni
